Being a leader is a very simple question… It is a person who runs things, but not like a boss, although a leader has to be in some way a boss but not every boss is a leader.

The sorter definition for leader is: A person with followers, person that knows how to move people and change the way people thinks.
Some traits you most have to become to be a good leader are…tall, strong, brave and sometimes is good to be smart while helping others. The followers will be people that need help from people that can help them and guide them to be better. Also genes have a lot to do because is easier for you to be a leader if some one in your family tree was a leader or a very powerful person.
Also a leader has to be creative and has to always be one step ahead other people. Know more, be more cultural to know how to convince people of doing what the the leader wants the people to do… for example… You are going to the movies and everyone wants to see one movie but you the leader say no I want to see another one and you convince the other ones by saying.. This movie is better or that movie shorter or longer. |
